A Service Manager is responsible for running the workshop/service department efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing technicians and advisors, meetings and financial targets
Strong understanding of:
* Vehicle diagnostics and repairs
* workshop operations
* Warranty processes
* Dealer Management Systems
* Ford service procedures and OEM standards
Daily Responsibility:
* Manage technicians and service advisors
* Ensure quality repairs and customer satisfaction
* Control workshop workflow and capacity
* Ensure health & safety compliance
* Maintain Ford brand standards

* Strong communication skills
* Problem-solving ability
* Customer-focused mindset
* Ability to work under pressure
* Professional appearance and conduct.
* KPI monitoring (labour sales, efficiency, CSI scores, comeback ratio)
Ford dealership experience is a strong advantage
Valid Driver license
Grade 12/Matric
