The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the New Vehicle Sales Team for a high-volume dealer (65+ units) and driving new vehicle sales performance.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and supporting the New Vehicle Sales Team
• Selling new vehicles and achieving sales targets
• Prospecting, quoting, and arranging vehicle demonstrations
• Promoting vehicles and products by attending and hosting displays
• Building long-term relationships with customers and potential customers
• Getting involved in the community to grow brand presence
• Preparing and delivering sold vehicles professionally
• Handling all sales administration, including loading quotes, trade-in evaluations, and preparing and completing deal files
• Remaining professional at all times and complying with the expected NTT service levels
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
• Volkswagen dealership experience will be advantageous
• Matric certificate
• Valid driver’s license with no endorsements/exemptions
• Excellent computer literacy and online marketing skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills with both co-workers and customers
• Well-presented and professional appearance
